In The News On December 20, 2010, President Obama signed into law the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization and Job Creation Act. This act includes an extension of the IRA Charitable Rollover until December 31, 2011 and includes extensions of other tax provisions. For more information about this Act, please click here.		Announcements 2012 Nomination Form The Chicago Council on Planned Giving is looking for a few good planned giving professionals to be active on its board of directors. You may nominate a colleague or yourself. Please check with your colleague before submitting a nomination on their behalf. All nominees need to be members in good standing with the Chicago Council on Planned Giving and be employed as a planned giving professional, either with a for-profit or non-profit company. 2012 Nomination Form If you have questions, please contact Joseph Like, CFRE, at jlike@aap.org or 847-434-4740.
